The Head of Client Services will support service center objectives, provide team representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge, analyze call center data, and focus on improving performance and processes.

Head of Client Services Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, coaching, and leading all call center representatives.
  • Leading team meetings as needed, educating and coaching workers.
  • Identifying trends and establishing service center goals.
  • Ensuring team members are achieving desired service levels.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing service center data to improve processes.
  • Ensure resources are properly allocated.
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support other Invisible Ink initiatives.
